Andres Munoz, Managing Partner at Lead Solution Partners, has helped both Enterprise and Government entities deploy complex security technology solutions for over a decade around the world. Specifically, he has been focused on solutions in the identity management, public safety, threat detection, evidence management, and contraband screening solution fields. His primary goal is to help clients develop technology solutions and services that protect life, safeguard society, and uphold the free flow of trade.
Justin Anderson joined Lead Solution Partners in 2022 as the Director of Operations. He has over 10 years of experience working with Law Enforcement customers in technology and was a Correctional Officer/SRT Team Commander for over a decade prior to joining the technology field. Justin has held various roles in technology solutions and currently leads all our Operations efforts primarily for our state and local government clients.
Patrick Brannon is a sales and marketing veteran and brings 20 years of experience. With a post-secondary education in Communication and Psychology, Patrick’s ability to connect, engage with, and relate to people brought him success as he carved his career path through the Marketing, Sales, Services, and Client Relations industries. Patrick oversees our Customers Success Team, developing strategic procedures on service delivery, creating new promotional marketing offers and services, and coaching the team to increase business productivity.
Matthew Adubato has been providing custom solutions in the biometrics, security, and hospitality industries for over 18 years. He has a solid background in cutting edge technology and providing customers the right solution for their business. Matthew has held various roles in IT over the years. He is currently a leading solutions expert for all private, state and federal clients. He has over 15 years experience creating perfect solutions for clients in the law enforcement, private sector.
